Corsavo LLC (“Corsavo,” “we,” “us”) arranges private access, concierge, and event services in Southern California. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the terms that apply to text messages you may receive from us.
We collect only what you give us and what we need to arrange your request:
We do not collect payment card numbers through this website. Where a booking requires a deposit or payment, it is handled by the venue, operator, or a third-party payment processor.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share your contact details with third parties for their own marketing. Mobile opt-in consent and phone numbers are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. The one exception is the one you choose yourself: when you buy a ticket on Corsavo Tickets and tick the text box naming the event organizer, that organizer receives your number and consent record, as described under Corsavo Tickets below.
We share information only with:
Corsavo LLC sends text messages regarding your inquiries and bookings, availability, logistics for arranged services, and — where you have consented — occasional offers and first access to events.
By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our inquiry form, you agree to receive SMS messages from Corsavo LLC at that number, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services.
Message frequency varies based on your activity and requests. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation, after which we will send no further marketing messages. To rejoin, sign up again through our inquiry form or reply START.

Corsavo LLC also runs Corsavo Tickets, the event ticketing service at tickets.corsavo.com. Its text program works the same way, with one difference: the opt-in box at checkout names two senders, Corsavo Tickets and the event organizer whose tickets you are buying. The box reads: “Yes, text me event updates and early access from Corsavo Tickets and [organizer name]. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.” It is unchecked by default and you can buy without ticking it.
If you tick it, Corsavo Tickets may text you order and ticket confirmations, event day logistics, schedule changes, and occasional early access to that organizer’s future events, and the organizer named in the box may send the same kinds of messages from its own number. Your mobile number and opt-in record go to exactly those two parties and to no other third party for marketing. Reply STOP to whichever number texted you; a STOP to Corsavo Tickets also removes you from the list we give that organizer. Help: help@corsavo.com.

Carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and others are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We keep your information for as long as you remain a client and as long as needed for our legitimate business and legal obligations. Consent records are retained for at least four years, as required for messaging compliance. You may request deletion at any time.
This site uses a small number of cookies. Some are strictly necessary: they remember your privacy choice on this banner and allow the contact form to work. These are always on, because the site cannot function without them.
We may also use analytics cookies to understand which pages people visit and how they arrived. These load only if you press Accept on the privacy banner, and never before. If you press Decline, or ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser, which brings the banner back.
We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles, and we do not allow third parties to collect information about you across other websites through this one.
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act: the right to know what personal information we collect and why, the right to correct it, the right to request its deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Corsavo does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for any purpose other than arranging the services you asked for. Because we do not sell or share, there is no “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” process to complete, but you are welcome to confirm this with us in writing.
To exercise any of these rights, or to have an authorized agent do so on your behalf, email hello@corsavo.com or text (949) 840-5546. We will verify your identity by matching your request against the contact details we already hold, and respond within 45 days.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Some venues and services we arrange are age-restricted.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
